**Job Description**
The Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab@NTU) is seeking a research assistant. The role will focus on simulation and characterization of high-speed cryogenic nano-devices.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization
• Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular semiconductor physics and electromagnetics theory
• Good written and oral communication skills

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Physics
• Related field
