**Job Description**
This position involves undertaking various research-related activities within the Okanagan Stroke Research Lab at the Centre for Chronic Disease Prevention and Management. The primary focus is training participants in the Power Exercise for Stroke Recovery (POWER) Pilot Trial, including creating exercise prescriptions, overseeing sessions, and performing telephone follow-ups. Additional duties include exercise training log data entry, supervising junior staff, recruiting, interviewing, and assessing patients, managing chronic disease and telehealth programs, conducting literature searches, and database management. The role may also include data analysis, report writing, and contributing to grant applications.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Relevant discipline (Undergraduate degree preferred)
• Rehabilitation, disability, or other healthcare discipline (University/college degree preferred)

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Minimum two years of related experience (with High school graduation and some additional training)
Other:
• Previous relevant training in research data gathering and analysis in university and healthcare settings.
• Experience in drafting reports and other research documents.
• Experience with seniors and those with chronic conditions.
