**Job Description**
This position offers an opportunity to join a clinical research group at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, focusing on neonates admitted to the NICU. The Research Assistant will provide support to a team of Clinical Research Coordinators and principal investigators on projects aimed at improving outcomes for vulnerable infants. The role involves hands-on work with NICU patients, collection and organization of advanced monitoring data, exposure to clinical trials, and engagement with older children in neurodevelopment follow-up studies.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
Other:

• Basic Life Support – American Red Cross (certification must be obtained within one month of hire date)
