This role seeks a statistician to join the NU Solve programme at Newcastle University’s School of Mathematics, Statistics & Physics. The position involves applying world-class academic expertise in mathematics, statistics, data science, and physics to engage with businesses, industry, government partners, and other academics. The successful candidate will expand NU Solve’s capacity to develop partnerships, broaden the scope of activity in statistics and data science, and contribute to the School’s business, innovation, and skills development initiatives, including statistical data science CPD courses.
