**Job Description**
This position supports the advancement of an NIHR-funded research project focused on data collection and analysis to generate knowledge within the field of Rheumatology. The role involves contributing to research projects and teams in collaboration with the wider research team and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society, specifically working closely with people from South Asian backgrounds who speak Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Practical experience of applying relevant skills and techniques
• Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively
• Ability to access and organise resources successfully
• Knowledge of the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010 and how to ensure fair treatment
• Ability to speak languages such as Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu
• Ability to assess resource requirements and use resources effectively
• Ability to contribute to the planning and organising of research programmes/projects
• Ability to coordinate own work with others to avoid conflict or duplication of effort

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Nursing and Midwifery / Health Sciences / Rheumatology or a relevant subject area (or equivalent)

• Experience of working in hospitals
• Satisfactory DBS clearance prior to appointment
