**Job Description**
This Research Fellow position is a 24-month fixed-term role within the UCL Cellular Agriculture Research Group at UCL Biochemical Engineering, led by Dr Petra Hanga. Funded by the Bezos Earth Fund Centre for Sustainable Proteins, the project focuses on investigating co-cultures and their feasibility for cultivated meat production. The primary goals include improving the quality (texture, taste) of cultivated meat and reducing manufacturing costs, complementing existing activities within the group and the EPSRC Cellular Agriculture Manufacture Hub (CARMA).
