**Job Description**
The Minns group at the University of Southampton is seeking a highly motivated Research Fellow to conduct experimental time-resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (TRXPS) of gas phase molecules. The successful candidate will collaborate with theoretical researchers to advance the understanding of satellite states in TRXPS measurements and their application in tracking photochemical change. This Leverhulme Trust-funded position involves experiments at Free Electron Laser Facilities, data analysis, and modeling, and offers an anticipated start date of November 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.

**Skills & Abilities**
� Experience in the field of photochemistry (preferred)
� Experience of molecular photoelectron spectroscopy (preferred)
� Basic programming skills for data analysis modeling (preferred)
