**Job Description**
The Climate Transformation Programme (CTP) aims to develop, inspire, and accelerate knowledge-based solutions and educate future leaders to establish a stable climate and environment for resilient, just, and sustainable Southeast Asian societies. This project seeks to broaden the understanding of the psychological effects of climate change and how climate action can contribute to coping and resilience in individuals. Different research methodologies will be utilized, including focus group discussions, longitudinal surveys, and intervention trials. Findings from this project will support translational efforts to promote climate action and psychological health. The Research Fellow will be based at the Earth Observatory of Singapore (EOS) and will engage in research activities.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Advanced statistical skills in multivariate analyses for intervention and longitudinal dataset.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience in supervision of students.
• Scholarly pursuits and interest in research areas such as: Psychological aspects of climate change, Theoretical conceptualizations of stress, coping, and resilience, Development and implementation of primary prevention programmes for promoting psychological well-being.
• Positive work attitudes – independent, efficient, responsible, and responsive to feedback.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Clinical, Counseling, School, or Educational Psychology
• Public Health
• Social Work
• Related disciplines

**Experience**
Other:
• At least 3-5 years of relevant research experience, including scholarly writing, data analyses, and support grant application.
• Experience in implementing intervention studies and large-scale surveys will be advantageous.
