Research Fellow (Project Manager, SIA-NUS Digital Aviation Corp Lab)

**Job Description**
The SIA-NUS Digital Aviation Corporate Laboratory (Corp Lab) is seeking a highly experienced and driven Researcher/Project Manager to oversee proposal development, grant submission processes, and end-to-end project management throughout the lifecycle of Corp Lab operations. This role bridges academic research, industry stakeholders, and grantor agencies to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with funding requirements.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with IAF-ICP or other Singapore government grant schemes is highly desirable

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Science
• Engineering
• Business
• Related discipline

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• At least 5 years (project management, preferably in academic-industry collaborative research or grant-funded environments)
Other:
• Demonstrated experience in proposal development and grant submission processes
