**Job Description**
This role seeks an ambitious academic for a Research Fellow position, primarily aligned with the Quality and Safety research theme, with opportunities to collaborate on Ageing Well projects. The successful candidate will contribute to world-leading applied health and care research, focusing on enhancing quality of life, care, and outcomes for patients and staff. Responsibilities include leading and delivering existing research, engaging in grant writing for income generation, developing research capacity and skills, and mobilizing knowledge to influence practice and policy, particularly for underserved populations.
