**Job Description**
This role seeks an ambitious academic for a Research Fellow position focused on Quality and Safety within the School of Healthcare. The successful candidate will work with world-leading academics on applied health and care research, contributing to an ambitious research portfolio, primarily aligned with the ‘Quality and Safety’ theme but also collaborating with ‘Ageing Well’. The work aims to enhance the quality of life, care, and outcomes for patients and staff, utilizing diverse methods including systematic reviews, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods studies, complex intervention development, and evaluation. A key focus is on developing capacity, mobilising knowledge, and undertaking research with and for underserved populations, in partnership with various stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Applied health and care research related subject area (Ph.D. or near submission)
