**Job Description**
The Research Librarian / Assistant Professor supports student learning and faculty scholarship at the William S. Boyd School of Law. This is a tenure-track faculty position involving collaboration with law faculty on scholarship and teaching, interaction with students through instruction and outreach, and engagement in law school activities and governance. Key responsibilities include participating in a faculty liaison program, undertaking complex research projects, and potentially teaching formal, for-credit, upper-level classes focused on subject-specific research. Required Degree(s) in:
• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Master’s degree in library or information science from an accredited college or university
Other:
• Applicants with a JD degree who will complete the master’s degree within a reasonable period, or are enrolled in joint degree programs and will complete both degrees within nine months from the date of hire, will also be considered.
