**Job Description**
The laboratory of Dr. Mingfu Wu is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Researcher to support ongoing NIH- and AHA-funded projects focused on cardiovascular development and disease. The successful candidate will contribute to a dynamic team investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying dementia, heart formation, congenital defects, and cardiomyopathy, using both in vitro and in vivo mouse models. The role involves providing expertise in support of research projects, preparing and editing research papers, proposals, and reports, and performing advanced testing procedures and data analyses.

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• 3 years (BSc)
Other:
• Hands-on experience with mouse handling, husbandry, and genotyping is required.
• Demonstrated experience in cardiovascular-related research is strongly preferred.
• Experience with tissue sectioning, fluorescence microscopy, or in situ hybridization (preferred).
• Familiarity with genetic lineage tracing or Cre-loxP systems (preferred).
