**Job Description**
The successful candidate will join a growing team in the Department of Geography at Ghent University, focusing on urban mobility. This position involves supporting activities funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), co-funded by the European Union. Responsibilities include assisting the Head of the EIT Master School (MS) in Urban Mobility, coordinating MS activities, managing communications with an extended global network of educational and research partners, and assisting with the proposal, planning, execution, and reporting of summer schools and other student events at Ghent University and other locations.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Master’s degree preferably in urban mobility or related topics (e.g., environmental sustainability, technological innovation, urban planning)
**Experience**
Experience Required:
• 1 – 4 years (Research)
Other:
• Relevant work experience in handling similar tasks and/or event organization.
• Previous experience working with students and academic institutions (useful, but not required).
• Previous experience working on data collection methods (online surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, engagement strategies) and data analysis on individual choices, motivations, attitudes, and preferences (useful, but not required).
