Senior/Research Fellow

**Job Description**
The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine), established by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in partnership with Imperial College London, is a center for innovative medical education and transformative research, with a focus on technology, data science, and humanities in medicine. Within the Skin Research Institute of Singapore (SRIS), LKCMedicine’s Skin Program specializes in inflammation and immunology with a strong translational pipeline. This role seeks a Senior/Research Fellow to develop and conduct complex medium-throughput assays using 3D skin models and design methods for validating screening hits. This high-stakes project aims to develop new drugs for intractable skin disorders, integrating world-leading upstream research with expertise in drug delivery and clinical dermatology.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Experience with high-throughput (phenotypic) screening and automated imaging solutions
• Conversant with 2D and 3D skin models including skin explants
• Expertise in advanced imaging methods and molecular biology techniques
• Having worked with industry partners in the past
• Willing to work in a highly structured project environment
• Able to function independently
• Structured and disciplined in the conduct of research work
• Able to deal with time pressure

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Skin biology
• Closely related field

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• 5 years (Post-doctoral)
Other:
• Minimum of PhD
