Senior Research Fellow

**Job Description**
The Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is seeking a Senior Research Fellow to conduct research on power electronics for renewable energy systems, including solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery energy storage systems (BESSs), and electrolyzers. These research areas align with the university’s targets for sustainable societies, involving translational research across the energy value chain from generation to innovative end-use solutions.

**Skills & Abilities**
• Solid expertise in power electronics analysis, simulation, and experimental validation.
• Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or PSIM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
• Experience with grid codes, HIL simulators, rapid prototyping, or wide bandgap devices is a plus.

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Closely related field

**Experience**
Experience Required:
• Minimum 4 years as a post-doc (for Senior Research Fellow position)
Other:
• Strong academic and publication track record (for Ph.D.)
