**Job Description**
Originates, plans, and conducts research in areas related to project needs or in a designated field of science, with the potential to supervise personnel. This role involves initiating and directing field studies, assisting in budget development and administration, and contributing to the creation and implementation of policies and procedures. The Senior Researcher will anticipate and resolve research issues, prepare and submit research for publication, and deliver presentations.

**Skills & Abilities**
� Proficient in Microsoft Office
� Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
� Technical writing skills
� Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques
� Project management experience
� Knowledge of specialized terminology (e.g., scientific or technical)

**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
� Related field (Master’s degree)

**Experience**
Experience Required:
� 12 months of related research experience (with Master’s degree)
Other:
� 72 months of related experience may substitute for a Master’s degree requirement (totaling 84 months of related experience for the role).
