**Job Description**
This initiative, co-funded by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), comprises the Singapore Teaching and Academic Research Talent (START) Scheme and the Early Career Awards (ECA). It is designed to support outstanding young Singaporean PhD holders who have recently completed postdoctoral training and are interested in pursuing an academic career at SIT. The awards aim to enhance recipients’ teaching capabilities, help build a strong research portfolio, and prepare them for an Assistant Professorship.

• High degree of proficiency and motivation for a research area strongly aligned with SIT’s supported areas (Engineering: Energy Resilience, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering & Maintenance, Sustainable Maritime Engineering)
