The Injury Prevention Research Center (IPRC) is seeking a temporary assistant to manage legacy hardcopy documents, including doctoral dissertations and masters theses. This involves reviewing, indexing, cataloging, processing, and overseeing the destruction or disposal of these materials. Key tasks include verifying content in the Carolina Digital Repository, creating a master spreadsheet, uploading and indexing documents, confirming the desire for hardcopy retention, and arranging for recycling. Additional similar tasks, particularly interfacing with the Carolina Digital Repository, may be assigned.

• Ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of scientific papers and academic systems (preferred)
**Qualifications**
Required Degree(s) in:
• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience
