**Job Description**
The Research Coordinator position supports a 7-year collaborative project focused on developing an interventional training for oral healthcare professionals to improve adult-child interactions in pediatric dental care. This role involves measuring the effectiveness of the training on provider skill utilization, and its impact on satisfaction, adherence, and behaviors of young children (under 6) and their parents/caregivers. The project aims to develop and test a training workshop’s effects on provider implementation, training outcomes, and caregiver-child experiences during dental appointments, ultimately influencing the experience of dental care in very young children based on the Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) model.

• Spanish fluency (desirable).
