Auburn University is seeking a motivated undergraduate student to assist a graduate student and faculty member in researching tourism resiliency along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. The project aims to explore the historical and future impacts of environmental conditions, including climate change, on the region’s tourism industry. The research assistant will play an integral role in achieving the project’s objectives, gaining hands-on experience in literature reviews, data gathering & analysis, and potentially stakeholder interviews. Based on performance and availability, the research assistant will also have opportunities to share research at professional conferences.
