**Job Description**
Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Visiting Researcher (Scholar) for the Anesthesiology Department within New Jersey Medical School. The candidate will study molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying neuropathic pain and neurodegeneration, with a specific focus on Alzheimer’s Disease. This role involves designing and executing experiments, data analysis, manuscript preparation, presentation of findings, development of molecular biological methodologies, training clinical fellows and students, and assisting with grant writing, all while adhering to the university’s compliance standards.
